Site preparation and earthworks including:‍

• Installation of erosion and sediment controls and monitoring
• Demolition and clearing of existing structures and land
• Cut and fill of land to desired earth work levels 30,000m3 of earthworks moved.
• Lime and cement stabilization of unsuitable subgrade including sand and granular undercut remedials
• Disking and drying of wet material and placing and compacting in fill areas.
• Exaro was our subcontractor for all the earthworks on this project.

Installation of civil infrastructure including:

• Wastewater and stormwater drainage
• Common service trenches and service installations (HV, LV, Water and Chorus). Rising main and 355 bulk water installation
• Kerb and channel, footpath, driveway, joal (right of way), parking areas, speed table and roundabout
• Retaining wall and boardwalk construction
• Basalt rock outfall construction
• Road pavement construction and sealing
• Planting of flora and fauna and hard and soft landscaping.
• Full new 4-way signalized intersection construction and commissioning on Fred Taylor Drive.
